Normal processing time for orders is 1-2 days However, Craft and Furniture lines may require 3-4 days before despatch.

All dimensions are to the nearest centimetre, however please allow for a greater variation for craft products due to the individual nature of all these hand made pieces.

Where a natural wood is used a variation in colour and grain pattern should be expected.

For hand painted pieces of any material, please allow for some degree of variation in the finish due the hand made nature of the piece.

 All data will be held securely by CVapollo(uk) and will not be passed onto third parties.  

 This website is owned and operated by CVapollo(uk), 9 Edward close, Kettering, Northamptonshire.
 In order to keep delivery costs as low as possible, we undertake to deliver your items using the most economic service available, with the exception of larger and fragile items where a next day courier service maybe used.

In the event of a damage claim, photographic evidence of damage to item and packaging is all that is required to process a claim to a refund.

If you are returning the goods because of defects or unsuitability we will give a full refund on the order value or replace your item if possible. 

Responsibility for the return of items remains with the customer so we do ask that they are packaged and returned fit for resale. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of its return receipt date. And for your security will be refunded by the same method the goods were paid for.

In the event of an arranged delivery not being completed due to no one at a home, an additional delivery charge may apply for a second attempt. (Large items and Furniture only)
