Refund policy

A 14 day money back guarantee is offered on all purchases.
On receipt of returned items, you can either request an alternative item of the same value, or a refund on your purchase price.
Items returned due to a processing or production errors on our part ie wrong item sent, then a full refund including all delivery costs will apply.
In the event of damage in transit from a carrier, a claim for compensation on your behalf will be instigated. However, please allow up to 14 days to receive compensation.
If a claim is being made for damaged goods in transit, photographs of damage to item and packaging, are required to process a claim. (If damaged in transit, items need not be returned)
